How long has TELUS been supporting Hull Services?
The TELUS Calgary & Southern Alberta Community Board has been a longstanding partner of Hull’s for over 17 years, since 2008.

What about Hull Services and our mission stands out to TELUS?
Partnering with organizations Hull Services aligns with our commitment of working together to tackle today’s most pressing challenges, and helping build resilience in young people and families to create stronger, healthier communities.

We believe in our commitment to “Give Where We Live” by fostering the kind of transformative, community-based support that creates lasting positive change for future generations.

Through which ways does TELUS support Hull? What excites you about your reasons to support Hull?
Over the years, we have supported initiatives like upgrades to Hull’s training room technology and their Therapeutic Recreation Program. In addition to grants, our team members have also volunteered through our annual TELUS Days of Giving and supported Hull through local sponsorships, showing our ongoing commitment to building stronger, healthier communities.

By supporting Hull, what do you hope to achieve in the community?
We hope to maximize our impact and reach as many Calgarians in need as possible. The children at Hull have often experienced chaotic, trauma-filled lives, facing abuse, neglect, and mental health challenges. We aim to support their programs that provide not just care, but healing.

Our goal is to help foster a more connected, compassionate, and resilient community. By supporting Hull, we’re investing in brighter futures for young people who deserve every opportunity to thrive.

Speaking of community, how important is community to you? How does TELUS enhance community spirit?
Community means everything to us. It’s where connection, belonging, and meaningful impact take shape. We’ve always believed that real change begins at the local level, and that’s one of the reasons TELUS is so proud to support the communities we’re in.
