Happy Hullidays

Submitted on Tuesday, 09/29/2020 - 12:31 pm

Every year, many children, youth and families have little or nothing at Christmas. While there are some resources in the community, they often fill up quickly. Additionally, children who live in care at Hull Services often spend Christmas with no opportunity to visit family.

We have two ways you can help this holiday season:

Give a gift for Christmas morning:

Many of the kids and youth in Hull’s live in or group care programs often do not see their families nor have any connection with them. Therefore, they often spend the holidays in the care of Hull Services. You can help to ensure that every child and youth residing in our care will have a present to open on Christmas morning.

Adopt a family or young adult for Christmas:

Help support a family or young adult in need this holiday season. You are matched directly with the family or young adult and provided with a “wish list” specific to them. Families can vary from a single parent, to several children and parents living in one home. Hull also works with young adults who are transitioning to adulthood and have little to no support in their lives, and often live alone.

100 percent of your donation goes directly to the child, youth or family.

Please help make this festive season brighter for these children, youth and families by supporting the Happy Hullidays fundraiser.
