About Family Initiatives:
Family Initiatives works with families at risk of losing their children to an out-of-home placement and as well as those who have had their children removed from the home. This program aims to bring families back together.
Family Initiatives Provides:
- In-home support to help preserve or reunify families.
- Developing skills in parenting, communication, conflict-resolution and overall family wellness.
- Collaboration with community and cultural supports.

Family Initiatives is a self-referred program. Contact the program directly. You may also have a referral made through a professional service.
