About Fostering Connections:

Fostering Connections supports youth, 17 and under, who are in the government’s care and are unable to reside at home. This program supports the youth in care until they can be placed with their family, other kin, or their forever home.  

Program Focus:

• Care in a safe, licensed foster home.
• Healthy development and meaningful connections.
• Reconnection with their community.
