Children’s Village School

About Children’s Village School:

Children’s Village School addresses significant barriers affecting the youth’s ability to successfully engage in learning. This is a partnership with the Calgary Board of Education. Class sizes range from 6 to 8 students, depending on the grade level and complexity of the learner. There is one teacher and two child and youth care counsellors per classroom. 

Children’s Village School’s Focus:

• Therapeutic programming to meet the learning, social, and emotional needs of the youth. 
• Educational content with a strong focus on literacy, numeracy, self-regulation, and social skills.
